Our
client, the owner of Teesside Park, had negotiated to design and
build a new 43,000 square foot retail unit for Comet. To relocate
from their existing unit on phase I to the new phase II 8-acre
site at the entrance to Teesside Park. This unit represented Comet's
new changed corporate theme, of large open space stores.
