We
were instructed to carry out a structural appraisal of 2 - 12
Grey Street & 21 Mosley Street, Newcastle on behalf of Grey
Street Hotels.
Subsequently
under a design & build contract, we acted as Structural Engineers
for the refurbishment works including a reconstructed lift shaft,
new floor areas and access stairs, along with checks on the existing
structure.
