Over
the last three years we have completed Phase I refurbishment,
including access and car park modifications valued at £2
million, retail unit alterations for tenants inc. Boots, Currys,
PC World, Next and Argos valued at £4 million. Completed
the new Phase II which included 110,000sq ft of retail and A3
developments valued at £5 million.
