Design & Specification
We can produce outline and detailed designs and NBS specifications for small domestic extensions, alteration/ improvements to heritage assets, office refurbishment/ alterations or new build developments. Our team of experienced surveyors can offer advice on legal/ regulatory compliance, programme and budgetary cost through the development of feasibility studies. This will enable risks to be identified at inception and avoid often unnecessary expense arising later in the projects development.
