Ben joined BGP in 2022 as an Apprentice Technician within our Structural technical department. Whilst learning new skills in the workplace, as well as on site, he has now completed his NVQ level 3 at Hartlepool Collage of Further Education, and has advanced onto the next step in his career by becoming a member of the ICE as well as an Engineering Technician (EngTech MICE). He is now working towards his level 4 HNC at Teesside University on day release, and will continue to learn key skills during his time at work.
