Ben joined BGP in 2022 as an Apprentice Technician within our Structural technical department. Whilst learning new skills in the workplace as well as on site, he is working towards his NVQ level 3 at Hartlepool Collage of Further Education on day release. Ben is enjoying developing his skills as he gains more experience through being set different types of tasks to widen his knowledge. We look forward to providing him with all the support he needs to enable him to reach his full potential and career goals.
