Chris joined BGP directly from college after achieving a BTEC diploma in 3D design. He was responsible for the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) within the office, as well as the current documentation surrounding its use. Primarily working in Autodesk Revit, but also competent in AutoCAD, Chris produces construction drawings for all structural items related to a project. Once involved with a scheme, he is the main point of contact and project lead within the office, liaising with the rest of the design team to offer the structural solutions required for each project. After achieving an HNC in Civil Engineering, he completed his degree in Building Project Management in 2012. He was promoted to Associate Director in November 2021 and hopes to begin his routes with professional bodies, beginning with gaining his membership with the Institute of Civil Engineers.
