Phil worked at BGP for 11 years between 2005 & 2016 before leaving to work client side for several Housing developers as well as a main contractor. He returned in January 2024 as Technical Director of our Tyneside Office bringing with him extensive knowledge and experience. His responsibilities and duties start at project conception continue through to completion on site. He also carries out initial assessments, detailed tenders, and prepares construction information for civil, sub and superstructure designs to provide the most efficient solutions relating to a project.
